Getting around

This location is a 12 minute drive to downtown. Bus stops are within 5 minutes walk and also take you directly downtown or north to the Domain. Uber, Lyft, and other rideshare services are normally less than $20 to downtown. Parking is plentiful on the street but requires a parking permit that we will provide you.

I have been hosting Short Term Rentals in Austin since 2017. Hosting visitors is a passion of mine, and I take great pride in maintaining an exceptional place to stay. I'm dedicated to providing 5-star service, utmost cleanliness, and warm hospitality in a peaceful and convenient location. Your comfort and enjoyment are my top priorities.

Street parking directly in front of house by permit (supplied). The Parking Permit is hanging on a hook to the right just as you enter the unit. Hang this from your rear view mirror. Please try to park directly in front of the house if possible. Return the permit when you depart by either putting it back on the hook, or dropping it in our mailbox on the house front porch.

I can often accommodate early check-in. Please contact me to let me know! When you arrive, go through the gate on the driveway. Walk down the driveway. To the left of the garage door is a sliding screen door. Go through this door and the entrance to the unit will be immediately to your right. Enter the key code to open the door. The key code is 9731. Call Alan at (512)415-6520 if you have any difficulties.

Payment Policy
Payment due at Check-In but can be sent any time before. We accept Venmo (@AlanRussi), PayPal, ApplePay, or Check at this time.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if cancelled 14 days before check-in date. 50% refund if cancelled between 7-14 days. No refund for cancellations within 6 days of check-in date.
Notes
Coffee (Kuerig K-cups and a drip machine), Tea, powdered creamer and sweeteners are included but you might want to pick up your favorites from the HEB grocery store right around the corner. If you let me know in advance I can also make sure there is some half/half for your coffee. If you are arriving late and need me to pick up something from the grocery store for you, please let me know a day in advance and I'll be happy to accommodate if I can.
