Street parking directly in front of house by permit (supplied). The Parking Permit is hanging on a hook to the right just as you enter the unit. Hang this from your rear view mirror. Please try to park directly in front of the house if possible. Return the permit when you depart by either putting it back on the hook, or dropping it in our mailbox on the house front porch.

We supply a Pack-N-Play and a baby gate. However, it is a second story unit with an indoor staircase. The baby gate must be set up and secured properly by you.

I can often accommodate early check-in. Please contact me to let me know! When you arrive, go through the gate on the driveway. Walk down the driveway. To the left of the garage door is a sliding screen door. Go through this door and the entrance to the unit will be immediately to your right. Enter the key code to open the door. The key code is 9731. Call Alan at (512)415-6520 if you have any difficulties.

Fully stocked kitchen. However, there is no oven or dishwasher. There is a toaster oven.

You will have a private balcony overlooking the wooded back yard. 

Feel free to use our Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube TV, Max, Disney+ and more. Blue-tooth speaker is also included.
